GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
You are invited as an actor of the real estate sector to participate in this research project which aims to identify the means of effectively managing the risks and problems associated with business continuity in the field of building management during the occurrence of a major crisis such as the COVID-19 pandemic which began in 2020 and continues with the Omicron variant.
PRESENTATION OF OUR RESEARCH
Your participation will contribute to the advancement of knowledge and to a better understanding of the means that can be implemented by the different types of actors intervening directly or indirectly in building management after the occurrence of a major risk such as the COVID-19 pandemic of 2022. Indeed, new challenges must be met with the advent of the Omicron variant.
We will therefore analyze the new problems that have arisen and the solutions that have been applied to resolve them in order to offer recommendations and identify the best practices to put in place to develop the resilience of your organization.
PROCEDURE
Your participation consists of answering a series of short questions about the problems you had to face following the emergence of the Omicron variant and the solutions you adopted to address them.
If you wish, you will be invited to respond to this survey again in the coming weeks to follow the evolution of building management in the context of a health crisis.
