CONSENT FORM
Objectives of the study
This study aims to analyze the relationship between green spaces and health and well-being. This project will provide a better understanding of how the development of green spaces could improve the health and well-being of individuals.
Participation
Anyone aged 18 or over can participate. This involves answering an online questionnaire on different subjects, including the use of parks, emotions and health. Completing this questionnaire takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary and you remain free, at any time, to end your participation without having to justify your decision or suffering any harm of any kind. However, once you have answered questions, it will be impossible to destroy the data since no information allowing the identification of the respondents has been collected.
Anonymity and confidentiality
All information collected as part of this study will be treated confidentially and anonymously. It will be impossible to associate a person with the answers they provided while participating in this research. The questionnaire data will be stored on a secure server. Access to data is therefore subject to access to information laws in force in Canada. Your participation can therefore be done in complete anonymity.
Benefits and risks associated with participation
Respondents may feel uncomfortable or need to express themselves. These people can stop responding to the questionnaire at any time and consult the following resources:
